Delivery
Orders received after 11am CST are usually shipped from our warehouse on the next business day. Back ordered items not available at the time of processing are sent out as soon as they are available without any extra charge.
Please note that orders are not shipped until full payment has been received.

Back-Ordered Items
Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. If an item is not in stock, we will not back order. Please re-order.

Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returned items.
If an item that you ordered is deffective or damaged, please return it for exchange or merchandise credit. The item must be packed in its original manner. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. Please call us at 630.691.0000 for a return authorization number which must be included in the box. If breakages occur on return because of inadequate packaging no credit will be issued.

Damages
Damages must be reported to the shipping courier (UPS or USPS) and Alteya, Inc. immediately. Inspect all packages at the time of receipt. In the event that you receive an order that has been damaged make sure the driver noted this fact on the delivery sheet. You should then immediately contact UPS (or USPS) so that they can inspect the shipment. If the driver does not do this then you accepted the box in good condition and nothing can be done about the damages. Once a package has been signed for it is assumed the package was delivered in good order.
Once the order leaves our store, we are not responsible for damages or loss in transit. By placing an order you accept our terms and conditions.
